Protasis Develops New Citation 'Push-Button' Sample Loader to Automate 'Single-Sample NMR'
New or existing CapNMR probe users can add semi-automation with the Citation 'Push-Button' Sample Loader (PBSL) to combine convenient manual, syringe-loading into a chromatography-style loop injection valve with the automated microfluidics of our popular One-Minute NMR system. Citation software controls the injection valve and fluidics to ensure precise loading of 5 microliter samples in the center of the flowcell.
Citation starts by performing a complete 'System Integrity Check' to ensure the fluidics and NMR are working at full performance BEFORE you inject your 'precious sample.' It will prime the pump, push solvent through the system, monitor backpressure and even load a calibration standard sample and run a first experiment on your NMR to monitor line shape and intensity. When you are ready just load the sample loop from your syring and push the 'Inject' button. Citation will do the rest!
